In March 2018, 240 single-family homes in Boca Raton were successfully sold. Compared to Boca home sales in February 2018, the number of sold listings shot up 44 percent from 167 and the median price for homes in the city increased 15 percent from $389,900 to $450,000.

CONDO/CO-OP/VILLA/TOWNHOUSE SALES OVERVIEW
A total of 292 condo, co-op, villa, and townhome units in the City of Boca Raton were sold with a median price of $220,000 during March 2018. Compared to the previous month, the number of sales showed a significant increase of 68 percent from 174 and the median price increased 2 percent from $215,000.
