In April 2018, 222 single-family homes in Boca Raton were successfully sold. Closed sale prices ranged from $29,500 to $12 million with a median of $446,000. The number of homes sold as well as the median price for homes in Boca increased 2.30% and 8.78%, respectively, compared to same time last year when 217 homes were sold at a median price of $410,000.

A total of 294 condo, co-op, villa, and townhome units in the City of Boca Raton were sold at a median price of $205,000 in April 2018. Year-over-year unit sales increased 12.64% from 261 units, and the median price went up 9.33% from last year’s $187,500.
