Yes , we do believe that now would be the time to take advantage of this declining market. Bargains are just about everywhere. The time to purchase is now, when cost is low. Do not wait until your neighbors are buying. Now would also be a good time to trade up since the price of the higher-end properties have decreased as well. It is always easier to trade up in a buyer's market.
